HGZ-100 Self-Aligning Welding Rotator

The HGZ-100 is Wuxi ABK Machinery’s 100 t self-aligning welding rotator in the Standard Series. The cradle follows diameters from 1,000 mm to 6,000 mm. Surface speed is 100–1,000 mm/min.

The published tonnage is one standard set: 1 driven stand + 1 idle stand, under an evenly distributed concentric load. It is not a per-stand rating.

Next Model

The 50 t self-aligning set is the HGZ-50. Above 100 t, an adjustable set in the public range is the HGK-200, at 200 t, with its own diameter band.
