HGK Adjustable Welding Rotators

HGK is Wuxi ABK Machinery’s adjustable welding rotator series. Confirmed public models are HGK-10, HGK-50 and HGK-200, at 10 t, 50 t and 200 t per set. Roller spacing is set for the workpiece diameter. Surface speed is 100–1,000 mm/min. The published tonnage is one standard set: 1 driven stand + 1 idle stand, under an evenly distributed concentric load. It is not a per-stand rating.

HGK-500 Reference

HGK-500 is a documented reference configuration, not a stock model: 500 t, Ø 1,000–8,000 mm, 6–60 m/h, metal wheels 900 × 300 mm, 2 × 7.5 kW. Re-check the file before it is quoted.

Choose HGZ when the cradle should follow the diameter by itself inside a published band. Choose a hydraulic fit-up system, specified on the drawing, when two cans must be aligned. The fit-up capacity is not an HGK tonnage.
